2. <mark style="color:$success;">The name Arthur SkyHero is a registered trademark in Brazil by Arthur Miguel da Silva Solano, under process number</mark> [<mark style="color:$success;">935301801</mark>](https://busca.inpi.gov.br/pePI/servlet/MarcasServletController?Action=detail\&CodPedido=5807113)<mark style="color:$success;">. Unauthorized use or reproduction will constitute a violation of trademark rights</mark>
3. <mark style="color:$success;">The compositions of Arthur Miguel da Silva Solano are registered with copyright societies. Unauthorized use will constitute a violation of copyright law</mark>
4. <mark style="color:$success;">Ownership of Content All content, including but not limited to music, lyrics, videos, images, logos, text, and other media published under the name Arthur SkyHero® and SkyHeroes Records, is the exclusive property of Arthur Miguel da Silva Solano (Arthur SkyHero) unless otherwise stated. This content is protected under copyright laws.</mark>
5. <mark style="color:$success;">Permitted Use You may: Share links or content on social media, blogs, or websites with proper credit. Use my content for non-commercial personal enjoyment, such as streaming from official platforms.</mark>
6. <mark style="color:$success;">Prohibited Use You may not: Reproduce, distribute, or modify my content without explicit written permission. Use my music, lyrics, or any copyrighted material for commercial purposes without a valid license. Claim ownership of my work or misrepresent it as your own. Upload my content to third-party platforms without authorization.</mark>&#x20;
7. <mark style="color:$success;">Licensing and Permissions If you wish to use my content for commercial purposes (e.g., remixes, covers, advertisements, or monetized videos), you must obtain written permission by contacting <iarthurskyhero@gmail.com>.</mark>

9. <mark style="color:$success;">Consequences of Violation of this Copyright Policy may result in: Legal action under applicable copyright laws. Removal of infringing content from platforms.</mark>&#x20;
10. <mark style="color:$success;">Third-party content included in the lyrics or samples of some of my songs has been licensed through Splice as non-exclusive content. To use any of these samples, you must obtain the appropriate license and authorization directly from Splice for each sample available on their platform. Even if the license for the samples is non-exclusive, their use within the context of the music and the way they were utilized is protected by copyright. Any reproduction of the composition, or use in the same or a similar form as it was originally used, will be considered a violation of copyright</mark>
11. <mark style="color:$success;">I grant permission for creative, non-commercial use of my music, such as in personal, educational, or artistic projects, provided that proper credit is given. This permission does not grant exclusive rights and may be revoked at any time upon notice.</mark>
12. <mark style="color:$success;">Ownership of Photos: my personal photos are my exclusive property. No one is allowed to use, reproduce, modify, or distribute them without my explicit written consent.</mark>
13. <mark style="color:$success;">Publicly Shared Photos: Photos that I have publicly distributed through my official channels may be used for non-commercial purposes, provided that they are not altered, misrepresented, or used in a way that could harm my image or reputation. Any commercial use still requires my explicit permission.</mark>
14. <mark style="color:$success;">Photos Taken Without My Permission: If a photo of me is taken without my knowledge or consent, especially in a private setting, I consider it an invasion of privacy. If such an image is shared without my authorization, I will take all necessary legal actions to have it removed and hold those responsible accountable.</mark>
15. <mark style="color:$success;">Leaked Photos or Hacking: If my photos are leaked due to hacking, unauthorized access, or any other malicious activity, I will treat it as a serious violation of my rights. I will pursue legal action against those responsible and work to remove the content from all platforms.</mark>
16. <mark style="color:$success;">Data Protection and Privacy: Any unauthorized access, storage, or misuse of my private personal photos is a violation of my rights under applicable data protection laws</mark>
17. <mark style="color:$success;">Fair Use Policy: If you are a journalist, or content creator, you may use my images, videos in public spaces under fair use guidelines, such as for news reporting, commentary, education, or parody, as long as it does not misrepresent, defame, or exploit my image for commercial gain without permission. Unauthorized commercial use, false endorsements, or misleading edits of my likeness are not permitted.</mark>
18. <mark style="color:$success;">The misuse of texts, private conversations, or any personal and sensitive data, with the intent of manipulation, defamation, or harming my image, will result in legal action for content removal and a claim for compensation for moral damages.</mark>
19. <mark style="color:$success;">Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of my personal data, private conversations, or sensitive information with the intent to manipulate, defame, or harm my image is strictly prohibited</mark>
20. <mark style="color:$success;">Any act or content that intentionally distorts, manipulates, or harms my reputation, image, or personal integrity based on my private or sensitive information will be subject to immediate legal action.</mark>
21. <mark style="color:$success;">If my personal and sensitive data is violated or misused, directly or indirectly, I will take full responsibility for seeking legal redress and compensation for moral damages, in accordance with applicable laws.</mark>
22. <mark style="color:$success;">In cases of abuse, manipulation, or defamation involving my personal data or private conversations, I reserve the right to immediately request the removal of harmful content, along with reporting to relevant authorities and platforms.</mark>
23. <mark style="color:$success;">If I suffer emotional distress, reputational harm, or other damages due to the misuse of my personal information, I will seek compensation for moral damages, including through legal action if necessary.</mark>
24. <mark style="color:$success;">If platforms, service providers, or intermediaries knowingly allow or facilitate the distribution or manipulation of my sensitive data, I will hold them accountable under the law for any damages caused.</mark>
25. <mark style="color:$success;">If my personal information is compromised, misused, or maliciously spread, I have the right to be promptly notified and to require full cooperation from all involved parties to resolve the issue.</mark>
26. <mark style="color:$success;">Any malicious attempt to harm, defame, or deceive based on my private conversations or personal data will be treated with a zero-tolerance policy, including the initiation of legal proceedings against the perpetrators.</mark>
27. <mark style="color:$success;">I have the right to safeguard my privacy, and any violation of this right will be treated as a serious offense. Strict security measures must be in place to protect my personal data from unauthorized access or misuse</mark>
28. <mark style="color:$success;">All parties involved must comply with established ethical standards and applicable laws concerning data privacy, digital communication, and personal security. Failure to comply will result in immediate legal action and a claim for compensation.</mark>
29. <mark style="color:$success;">The creation and dissemination of defamatory, manipulated content, or content aimed at damaging my reputation, will result in legal action.</mark>
30. <mark style="color:$success;">The theft of personal data, including audio recordings, private conversations, videos, and images, along with their dissemination for the purpose of manipulation, defamation, degradation, or harm to my reputation whether through altered audio, images, or videos created with tools as artificial intelligence will be regarded as an act of aggression. Legal actions will be pursued to ensure the immediate removal of such content and to seek compensation for moral damages. In cases where social media platforms, whether directly or indirectly, facilitate or promote the spread of such content, appropriate legal measures will be taken to ensure its removal and to hold all responsible parties accountable.</mark>
31. <mark style="color:$success;">Changes to This Policy I reserve the right to update this Copyright Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this website or social media platforms</mark>&#x20;
